3S GmbH specializes in the development and production of high-quality gas sensor systems that can be used in a wide range of applications. Whether in industrial process control, materials testing, or environmental monitoring, the sensors offer a precise, reliable, and cost-effective solution for gas detection. The sensor systems are suitable for use in various industries, such as the chemical, petrochemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Analyticon specializes in handheld, rapid analysis solutions for the recycling industry. Mobile spectrometers deliver precise analysis results in seconds, right where they’re needed. In the recycling industry, mobile NIR, FTIR, and X-ray fluorescence analyzers are used. These devices non-destructively identify plastic types, such as PE, PVC, ABS, etc., or measure the chlorine and heavy metal content in alternative fuels.

Our story began in 2001. We specialize in the production of high-quality PCR-PE film pellets and are a leading manufacturer of this product in Europe. In addition, we hold certifications from EuCertPlast, ISCC Plus, and RecyClass. Our production takes place on state-of-the-art INTA-Rema TVEplus lines. We also have a six-stage washing system featuring tanks, centrifuges, and dynamic friction washers. Our in-house water treatment plant operates in a closed-loop system. State-of-the-art processing lines and our many years of experience guarantee the high quality of the final product. Our current monthly production capacity is 1,500 metric tons. However, we are planning to build a new plant, which is scheduled for completion in June 2025. Once completed, we will be able to produce approximately 3,000 metric tons per month. Thanks to our experience, precise quality control, and the latest technologies, we produce top-quality regranulates that are precisely tailored to our customers’ requirements. Every product batch undergoes thorough quality and laboratory testing before being shipped to the customer.
